Lancer is a Half-Life 2 Roleplay server hosted in Garry’s Mod and powered by the Clockwork roleplay framework.
We are a relatively small community of like-minded individuals who are looking to have fun and shape a fresh and interesting world to share with everyone else and allow them to enjoy.

We aim and hope not exactly to revolutionize the Half-Life 2 Roleplay scene, but instead learn from our predecessor's mistakes and take steps to avoid them while reinforcing what they did right. We are not making a carbon copy of something that has already been done, but we are not throwing things at the wall and seeing what sticks either. We aim to study and understand why certain things work, and why other things do not. That, coupled with our experimental additions & changes along with our players’ feedback, we strive to create the ideal Half-Life 2 Roleplay server that you always wanted.
By taking concepts that work very well, abandoning or reworking some that do not, and adding our own additions and flavor into the mix, we hope to create the best recipe for a fun, enjoyable, and successful Half-Life 2 Roleplay community. We value all of our members’ input and carefully apply it to improve and ultimately perfect our roleplay and gameplay mechanics using their feedback. With a dedicated community of Event Creators, Staff Members, and Developers, we hope to accomplish our goal of creating a fun and enjoyable roleplay server for everyone to enjoy.
