Recently published an article covering the new RUST admin command, oceanlevel. This command can be entered by server admins to raise or lower the game world's ocean levels, taking effect immediately. You can read up on the command here: RUST Oceanlevel Command

An interesting piece to this command is that non-admin players can also make use of it, once it begins to be used on custom modded servers. You can type the command into the in-game console and see a return value for the current setting. This can then be used to tell which direction the "tides" may be going and where they are now.
