Not sure why gameservers support would send me here for a answer.. but I guess I'll ask and see what results.
Some time between 4/16-4/17 my ingame and gametracker player stats got reset. Amyone here got any idea why this happened?

Posted 04/18/13 9:16am All player stats, both in game and on gametracker were reset sometime between 4/16-4/17. It seems to coincide with the addition of the gametracker info bar in my members area. That was not there before 4/16. It's not a big deal, just wondering if there was some type of server side update.

Which specific stats are you referring to? Are the client's rankings gone to default, or are you referring to stats listed on the gametracker.com page for the server? If it is the former, is the issue fixed with a restart of the server?

Wondering why our server stats reset?

Server statistics can be removed from the site in the following cases:

1) The server is deleted from the website
2) The page owner reset the stats as a whole
3) The page owner reset the affected stats individually

I still see the server on gametracker so that's out.
Is there a log some place that may tell me something because I don't think I reset them.
