I know it's probably a loss, but is there a way to migrate my stats from a downed server to a new IP?

If the downed server is still registered on GT, and you own both servers, then it will work.
Stats are stored on GT's servers so are available until the server is deleted, either by the owner or the system. Remember - Migrate the stats FROM the downed server. So go to the page of the server that is down to perform the migration. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support.
