Adding new servers for Armed Assault on Gametracker?

I have a server I can join remotely, but I'm unable to add to Gametracker using the join port and any combination of other ports that are listening.
Is there something unique needed for this to work?
Custom reportingip = setting, or other server.cfg value?

In server.cfg add/set line:
reportingIP = "127.0.0.1";
