We changed our map list and updated the server name. Now server look up shows old name and shows server as dead even though players are on it.

Game Server:
Old Name (MoonGamers BF4 Ranked)
New name: Moongamers Battlefield 4 Ranked Server
Game Type: Battlefield 4 Status: Dead
Address: 96.8.114.157 Port: 25220 Query Port: 47200

I am not able to scan a server either locally or from GT at that information. I also tested query port 47220 to check if it should be that but was unsuccessful as well.

You've probably checked, but, is the server online and joinable after your change? If not, check for an error in your config.

You'll likely need to contact Fragnet and request they determine why scanning is now blocked on that port.

Note: I am also unable to find it on Battlelog.
