Hello, I changed the IP address on my server and created a new server here. Unfortunately the "player stats" are not displayed

This server's player stats are not tracked. To track player stats, please claim this server.

Is this an error on my part, can I change something in the settings so that it is displayed?

There is a problem with one of my servers.

Hi I have had a server running for a short time and have noticed that player stats are not showing. It says to claim the server to have them shown,which I have already done but still no stats. Halo server is ~AG ROCKETS, 118.92.179.169:2302

I have a new claimed server and player stats are not being saved. Players have been on for at least 30 minutes, plenty of time for gametracker to see them. This is a new bug as my older gametracker sites are still working.

Despite having claimed the server several days ago, I'm encountering an issue where the player statistics are not reflecting on the game tracker website. help!
