Same issue here, server not tracking stats despite being claimed (by me).

i am here as well waiting for the fix to take place my old server will be shutdown after november 22nd id hope that its fixed before then so i can migrate the top players list before its lost. i may wise myself to introduce a way to back up and restore top player lists manually rather than just the point and click internal system of transferring the data.

The issue raised May 03, and after almost 3 months the problem still occurs. GJ gametracker
I guess maybe when most of servers' admins resign from using GT, you people will understand anything....

Server is claimed, but no player stats are tracked.
I guess the function is broken and there is no one left to fix it.
It seems there is no Gametracker staff working on anything.

Hi. I recently took possession of a Counter Strike 1.6 Jail Break mode server so I could unlock online player stats on the server. The problem is that I still can't access player stats because, as before, the server would not be owned by anyone on GameTracker. I am waiting for a reply to resolve the issue. Thanks!

We've been having reports of gametracker randomly being unable to query our customers servers for a few months.

Note the historical data, could you please get me the debug information on what's going on that's causing it to fail to query 100% of the time? Thanks!

Updates are not provided on bug reports.
A developer will inform us when it is fixed, or ask members for any information they may require to facilitate the fix.

Seems my post was merged in here. I don't believe that the issue is likely related to this post, the server shows up completely as "offline" and is a intermittent problem. It is likely a firewall or mitigation problem and there doesn't seem to be any NOC or actual contact area to reach out to debug things like that.

As mentioned, any debug information would be helpful if the issue indeed isn't a part of this bigger bug report.

There have been occasional incidents of one or more GT scanning servers going down for a period, but these are well documented in the forums at the time.

There is to my knowledge no further 'debug' available. If a scanning server fails to complete a request to your server, there would be no known reason at the Gametracker end.

The only advice available has been here; My server will not add or shows as down, what should I do?

I would often advise looking to localised issues (ISP, routers) etc, but as you appear to be hosted in Texas, I shouldn't expect this to be an issue.
If you haven't already done so, I recommend double checking the whitelisting of GT scanner IPs for individual servers (if necessary) and confirming free flow with the host ISP.
