I added new server to GT but i have this info:

Server was added second time cause yestarday was the same - players were on server.

The players must have a score and, must remain on the server (with a score) long enough for Gametracker scanners to 'see' them.
Players without a score at the time of scanning are not recorded. That can take as long as 10-15 minutes. I am a community user. I do not reply to private message requests for support. I have same issue with my server, please fix it. I sent an email to support a few days ago but I haven't received any response until today...

Same problem...
Server is claimed, but no player stats are tracked. I guess the function is broken and there is no one left to fix it. It seems there is no Gametracker staff working on anything. |

Yes, if it could be some BUG.
I added 2 new servers and completed the server owner claim, the problem is that in the TOP player area this message appears: TOP PLAYERS: This server's player stats are not tracked. To track player stats, claim this server. This message shouldn't be, since the claim has already been completed and tracked, but TOP player doesn't work, they keep asking to claim the server even though it has already been completed.:'( |

I claim server but it says not clained so server Stats not showing because of not claimed.
