The -unnamed- server issue has remained resolved for now. But today our server is currently showing "last scanned 5 hours 30 minutes ago".

Hello, for the past month gametracker has seemingly randomly lost contact with one of my garrysmod servers and reported 0 players when the server has been online.

This is happening to one of my servers and not the other, the only difference between the two is the port they are running on.

The problem server is https://cache.gametracker.com/server_info/cg.civilservers.net:27015

it is currently reporting innacurate player data and has resulted in my servers rank dropping from 13 to 22 in 2 days

Please can someone help me resolve this issue

same problem here. i have also seen people getting NR due to this high frequency due to GT issue for sure .
