My server is showing wrong info on gametracker

Posts: 4 My server should be a 30 slot not a 0 slot server. I'd also like to think it isn't dead since I had a pretty decent pop tonight and it's online. I run through Bluefang Solutions and personally know nothing about firewalls n such. Is that or something else a possibility? Would really benefit from a little tutorial on how to fix.

The name of the server is what my server was named before upgrading to a new machine with Bluefang and updating the server into Alpha 17. Though I'm not sure how that would affect anything.

I tried following How can I claim my server page and I managed to get partway through it until I got stuck at the above page shown in my screenshot
1. Visit your server page and click the link near the map image (to the left of it) named "(claim server)" or "None - Claim Now!"

But I got stuck on trying to locate the button for 2.

2. Find the "Claim Ownership" button.
3. To the right of the button, you will see a (?) button you can click to get instructions on how to do this.

I assume that is because there is something wrong as listed in "My server will not add or shows as down, what should I do?

To which I followed with the following responses for each

Step 1: Is the server online?
(Yes. I believe so. Not sure what it meant by Try joining it from a network that is not on the same network as the game server. Though 1 out of every 10 seem to have issues even seeing the server. Maybe this will help in your suggesting what could be wrong?)

Step 2: Is the connection information correct and valid?
(Yes. I believe everything is still correct after comparing the various number information)

Step 3: Is the query being blocked on your network?
(I'd like to think that Bluefang didn't suddenly start blocking the query port after a simple upgrade. But if they are, how would I even know? Just file a ticket with them and flat out ask?)

Step 4: Have you enabled any game query settings?
(I'm a newb and I'm not sure what this means. But your step 4 isn't really helpful to me. It shows guides for other games and then says what I translate as "Sorry we can't help you further". Which if true, who can help me then?)

Step 5: Does the server show online in some cases, but not others?
(No. Ever since upgrading my server with Bluefang. Gametracker has falsely tracked us. From what I've checked though all the ports are still have the same exact numbers but I could be wrong somehow. Update Scanning Parameters just brings up "could not scan server")

Not sure what happened but I was able to claim my server earlier. Absolutely zero clue as to what fixed everything though it seems alright for the time being.
