Once your case has been reviewed, your post will be deleted. If your post is delete and no action is taken, your server does not meet the ranking guidelines.

Ranking Guidelines

Attempting to cheat the ranking system in any way will result in a ban/derank for all servers involved.

Server boosting, redirects, and duplicate servers will lead to a permanent ban.

Bans/deranks from bots/idle players will be lifted if the issue is corrected however, repeat offenses also lead to permanent bans.

Additional information:

- If you have the message on your server page:
"This server has been detected to report fake or idle clients and it is not eligible to be ranked."

It could have been de-ranked for ANY of the 7 reasons listed in the first link.

- Spectators/Moderators still count as idle clients.

- Spamming posts will result in account suspension.

- For unclaimed server pages: please claim the server page before posting your request. All requests for re-ranking must be made by the registered server owner. If you are not the server owner your post will be deleted.

- Music bots still count as bots.

If the whole IP is deranked/banned it's permanent. You will have to request a new IP to have a ranked server.

"I just rented/purchased this server and my whole IP is deranked/banned."

If a whole IP is deranked/banned it's because every server on that IP was fake.

There are some non-reputable game server providers that artificially boost the rank of their servers, then resell them to unsuspecting customers. If the server is rented or purchased though a game server provider and the whole IP is deranked/banned, it's likely the result of your providers actions.

Hello Gametracker! Following yesterday's elimination of the redirect servers, I had the displeasure of noticing that our server also received a NR. We have worked very hard to have one of the best CS servers in the world,we have more then 750 vips and admins on server, it is a constant work and we are proud of our server. Even more than that, we brought over 100 players who created an account and became members on gametracker.com,no other server did this. We are trying to continue with this aspect, but the players do not want to use this site, you have no idea how difficult it is to we convince them to register here. I mention the fact that I don't play, hence the reason why my score doesn't appear, I just monitor the server activity. I believe that the decision taken by the gametracker management is unfair and I am making a call in this regard for the reinstatement of the rank. It seems after a whole bunch of spam server topped the ranks using ways the are against TOS they all got deranked and ours was too I assume by accident after deleting the top one and assuming they're all breaking the rules but I reassure you our server is not one of them, We do not use bots nor fake clients, All our players are legit. I hope the gametracker team can resolve this issue

I have just added the server to GameTracker and Claimed It.
Exactly after I added it there was the "Not eligible for rank.." message.
I do not have and will not have any fake players(more than 2 normal bots) due to trying to have the cleanest server in CS2 Europe.

It might have been the IP banned. The server is rented so I have no clue about last IP owner what actions he has done.

Your server was banned for evading the de-ranked status of the server. The ban will not be lifted.

Hello! our problem is some random guys (their banned from all of the turkish servers because they are very toxic and hateful) are reporting all of the servers. all big public turkish servers are banned because of this guys. we got screenshots of they say "you are the next, we will spam you all of my friends, you will get banned". we hope our server will got reranking.

Your server was de-ranked for having too many idle users, over the allotted three. I've re-ranked your server, but please make sure to not have idle users, outside the allowed three, active on the server in the future.
