Under player stats for our server, it says, This server's player stats are not tracked. To track player stats, please claim this server.

I have already claimed the server, and everything else seems to work as expected.

Is there something else I need to do?

This is an Insurgency Sandstorm server.

I've also opened a new server, added it to gametracker.com almost a month ago, but I can't see the players in the ranking to check their hours, etc. It says I need to claim it, but I've already done that. This is the server ->

No need to say about claim problem, but i have also another problem with my server on GT. It wont count all players on server as players on here. My server was full 6/6 about 6 hours, still GT only counted 3-4 of them.

Maybe its just time to give up, this was more than great site but everything comes to end somepoint :/

Hello my server is 95.173.173.200:27015 and i already claimed server.
But i cant open player stats. its says you must claim server but i already claimed...

Servers seem to be ranking in pairs, even tho the activity in said servers differ significantly

For example, this are two of my servers,

27023 sees a third or even lower amount of players that 27026 sees, yet both servers are ranking up together when only one should rank up (27026) and it should be more significant in comparison to the other (27023).

Don't know what happened when the scanning issue was fixed but it seems to have broken something on the server rankings.

Hi everyone i have a problem when i claim server everytime it says no one claimed server

Administrators and developers are aware of the issue.

Updates are not provided on bug reports.
A developer will inform us when it is fixed, or ask members for any information they may require to facilitate the fix.

I have been in contact with administrators again regarding this.


Multiple posts, requests for updates, duplicate threads etc. will be deleted without notice.

Further to my previous post;
Developers have been reminded of this issue and are looking into it.

Additionally, I can confirm that it is not possible to transfer player history to a newly created server.
The newly created server will not appear in your list of servers to which you may transfer player stats.

If your player statistics are important to you, I recommend following the instructions to 'Use DNS to migrate entire server page' as contained in this guide: How do I migrate player stats or rank between server pages?

If you are not familiar with DNS (Domain Name System) (also referred to as DDNS (Dynamic Domain Name System) then I suggest you use your favourite search engine to do some research. We do not provide further guidance on this topic.
