Hi I am experiencing a problem regarding a call of duty 2 server I have which I have claimed as I did in the past but the players info is not being recorded.

It's saying "This server's player stats are not tracked. To track player stats, please claim this server."

I did claim the server. This is some kind of bug.

Same problem with SWBF2 and Half-Life 2. The old servers from several years ago still track historical player stats but newer claimed servers don't.

Same problem no tracking for my new added server ( Coutner-strike 1.6 )

I have same problem, i can't track players stats + have a claimed server, but still not tracking players

My server GameTracker information was deleted by a friend for treasonous intent. I took my server back on myself, it's been a few days.

However, the inactive players section is not visible. I am getting the error below;
"This server's player stats are not tracked. To track player stats, please claim this server."

My server information;
IP : 185.193.165.31:27015 - Counter Strike Global Offensive Server

Please help me as soon as possible.
Our players are also very upset about this issue.

I have added my server "POLIGON RPG" to GameTracker https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/51.68.190.91:27015/

It was more than two weeks ago.
Server always has online players gaming on it.
I already claims server to become a "Server Manager" on GameTracker.
And now you can see my nickname at "Server Manager" field.

But player's stats still not tracked.
And type of game for my server unexpectedly changed to "Counter-Strike 1.6", it was wrong - actually my server runs Half-life 1 Deathmatch.

Please, help me, and fix this problems!
