I've tried a number of times, now to upload a team background image, being sure to ensure the file size is lower than 250KB and using the same dimension as the Halo preset/default image on offer (1920x1080).

Upon reloading the team page, it first shows tiles of the place-holder image, indicating the background image is being updated. A short time later, it will show the old background image I previously uploaded, years ago.

I've tried opening the page in another browser, to no avail.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Uh… I… see my thread was moved from the "Report Bugs" section, albeit, disappointingly, without any reply to help with the matter or even clarify why this isn't considered a bug—no private message to let me know where my thread is, without having to search for it, etc.

Anyway… thought it worth mentioning that the image I wanted to upload was just of the Halo ring, with a small HALO Infinite watermark in the bottom left corner.

Again, any assistance here would be welcome.

Right, well… should anyone else be wondering, it just takes a while before the image is approved, and the previously uploaded background will be used in the interim.
