Hello,

We are currently experiencing an unorthodox situation where our Garry's Mod server IP address was blacklisted by Facepunch Studios and even after undergoing an appeal process, it was decided that the IP address would have to stay blacklisted. In this case, we have to transfer to a new IP address. Is it possible to have our players & stats data moved to another IP address? Here is our server for reference https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/208.103.169.55:27015/. I only ask because this is a very old server (nearly 7 years) that this is just happening to and a lot of this progress and these stats are important to a lot of people. We also have no reason to believe that the new IP address would ever be blacklisted, considering how out of the norm this whole circumstance is.

Moving just the player stats is the easiest option.
Please be certain they are moved in the correct 'direction'.
Mistakes cannot be rectified.

Thank you for the quick response, that's very helpful and we should have looked through that section before posting. We appreciate it nonetheless. We do have one more question though if you don't mind, our IP will remain the same but our ports do not match so we won't be able to use the DNS option. Is there a way that we can get our server rank back otherwise, perhaps via some formal request, or is that not possible and the DNS migration would have been the only option?

Sorry, rank is not set. It can only be earned.
It normally returns (assuming a similar level of popularity) within 4-7 days.
