Today i moved my server Player status and Rank to New IP

But after a few min players status removed and moved to my New IP the new status of old server which is with new players
And the first players status removed at all without a reason
Can anyone help me?

IP addresses? Port Numbers? DNS name?

Old ip 62.4.16.202:27015
New ip 137.74.231.87:27015
DNS name FURIEN.INDUNGI.RO

1. Neither server page is configured using a DNS name.
2. The DNS name you list points to '62.4.16.202' Not '137.74.231.87'.

Everything was fine
I just left closed my phone
And when i back aftre few min
I found the page like that for both servers
Can you help me by backup or anyway
And for DNS both server was have DNS FURIEN.INDUNGI.RO but when page changed that dns gone idk why

It was gone because FURIEN.INDUNGI.RO does not point to '137.74.231.87'.

The domain name you use must point to the correct IP address.

There is no need to 'add' a new server if using dns. The whole point of dns is that the IP may change but the name is able to remain the same.

If you own the FURIEN.INDUNGI.RO name then use it as the domain name in the 'old' server.
After 3-4 hours, update the domain name to point to the new IP address.
Gametracker will work it out, but not instantly. (worst case - up to 12 hours, but usually much faster)

I just want to back players status and rank can that be solved to new server can solved it ?

How do I migrate player stats or rank between server pages?

please understand me i'm on my nerves i told you I lost rank and stats while i was move to new server

you can say there is a bug please check both of server
If the problem is only with the DNS, we will update to a new server

We update dns furien.indungi.ro to 137.74.231.87

What do we do now
I don't want to lose data, it's one year of work in minutes
