Hi our server has been running fine and it was claimed http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/188.126.64.34:25030/

but the GSP has changed the ip from 188.126.64.34:25030 to

188.126.64.3:25030 can you please update our server details and try and keep the current starts

The only way to change the IP of the page is to make use of the DNS feature on http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/188.126.64.34:25030/manage/

For that to work, the ports need to remain the same between the servers.

To use this, create a DNS for your old server and enter it on that page. When you're ready to switch over, change the IP the DNS points to so that it points to your new server. Wait for the DNS to propgate and GT to detect the change.
