Server Rules
Dear all, please find the below server rules; all players are expected to adhere to these.

Players found with three or more punished teamkills will receive up-to a three day ban, any player whom further sees fit to break this rule with continuous teamkilling may receive a permanent ban.

In-Game Voice Abuse.
Players found to be abusing global / side channels with voice chat may receive a 24 hour ban (streaming music and such is not allowed).

Players found to be using scripts or hack menus or injections of ANY kind will receive a permanent ban (includes altering your King of the Hill statistics). Knowingly aiding and abetting a cheater may also result in a ban.

Ban Evading.
Anyone found to have multiple accounts, after trolling, teamkilling, or cheating, will also find their alternate accounts banned.

Trolling or Griefing.
Anyone found to be "trolling" or "griefing" other players depending on the severity may receive a permanent ban (depending on the admin’s discretion).

Friendly Asset Theft.
Anyone found to be "stealing" friendly assets from other teammates will receive up to a 5 day ban, this includes looting teammates waiting to be revived.

Friendly Base Sabotage.
Anyone found "sabotaging" friendly bases will receive up to a 7 day ban.

Stream Sniping/Following.
Anyone found to be "Stream Sniping" while streamers are present on servers will receive up to a 24 hour ban, streamers promote our mission and some make a living from it, go elsewhere to troll.

Anyone found being racist or using excessive hatespeech will be banned permanently, this should be obvious to most.

Anyone arguing with CPM admins will be removed from the server; if you wish to discuss a ban for instance use the correct channels to do so (includes argumentative team-mates).

Any persons or third party advertising on any of our servers will see their ArmA account permanently banned This does not include teamspeaks or other servers unless its done via global or side.

Glitching and or Bug Exploiting.
Players found to be exploiting in-game bugs or glitches of any kind may receive a permanent ban.
Wall Glitching - using a vehicle or clipping terrain fault or some other unlisted method to pass through, rather than over, a wall or other base part.
Vehicle Towing Glitch - using the tail of vehicles in a vehicle train to pass through terrain or solid objects as to damage players positioned in cover. The tail of vehicles may be used to hit players in open ground, so long as they do not pass through any solid objects to do so.
Mobile Rearming Glitch - rearming of Armed Vehicles with an "attached" Ammo Truck. An Ammo Truck cannot be used to rearm the vehicle it is attached to, as to do so it must first be glitched and will give unlimited ammo to the armed vehicle and an unfair advantage. It can be towed by another vehicle.
Object Clipping Glitch - placing a carry-able object, such as an ATV, crate or wall inside the object frame of a vehicle so that the two objects clip together, causing the vehicle to explode. - You are allowed to do this to your own vehicle as long as it does not kill or damage anyone.
Objects as Weapons - using a carried object, such as a wall, crate or other base part to intentionally strike another player with the intent to damage and/or kill them.
Duping - intentionally duping any in game items will result in a 7 day ban. For repeat or more serious offences the ban will be longer.

King of the Hill specific rules. Above still apply. With the exception of the asset theft and base sabotage.

Players are not permitted to reside around the opposite factions spawn area and or base (example enemy players within 600m of Opfor spawn). The area of engagement is intended to be the target AO. This also applies to friendly factions residing in the spawn area and shooting at range.

Engagement rules.
As-soon-as you leave the spawn area you're free to be fired upon with the exception of the above "Camping" statement. Helicopters and Planes are exempt of all (no-fire) rules minus "camping over the spawn", as soon as you leave the spawn area returning to spawn does not permit you to claim any such thing and you will remain at RISK. Does not apply to re-arming and repairing as detailed below.

Any assets that are repairing (on the service pad) are not to be engaged by ANY enemy factions a clear indicator of this is shown with a full Engine power down.
As soon as Aircraft leave the service area you're at risk again.

Trolling or Griefing.
We're expanding upon this slightly explicitly for King of the Hill. People whom shoot at or blowup recently purchased vehicles in the spawn area OR deliberately drive over or into friendly team-mates will receive a permanent ban without the ability to appeal.

Abusing Profile Backups
Anyone intentionally abusing profile backups to regain money after spending it will be permanently banned.

Above are subject to change at anytime, thank-you for your cooperation.

Monetization and Donations.

Donation is a voluntary gift without any counter-value. You do not offer any perks or rewards for such donations and players do not expect anything back.

All donations of any value are welcomed and can be made on the website using the donation box on the left hand side.

Monetization happens when players, unlike with donations, receive some kind of reward or perk for their money. Some examples of allowed rewards are perks which do not affect gameplay, e.g. custom textures, skins, forum badges, reserved slots, product placement, in-game advertising and sponsorship.

Reserved slots will be offered on a one month basis commencing as soon as payment of £5 is made.
It is the sole responsibility of the payer to make sure payment is updated before the month ends.

If the reserved slot holder is kicked or banned from the server or any other server that prohibits them accessing the server they will not receive a refund.

The responsibility lies with the holder to make sure he/she remains in good standing within the Arma community.

All requests for a reserved slot can be made on the website and teamspeak and payment can be made on the website. You will be required to create a free account on the website. When making a payment please use the donation button on the left [clearly marking payment with Reserved slot payment]

Once payment is received your GUID will be added to server within the hour between the hours of 8am-12am (GMT)

If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask.
