1. Clearly state the issue or request.

"I would like my profile changed from Old_Name to New_Name please."

"I bought UT2004 on Steam and now I'm an Imposter."

"I used to play on the old DC server, but I'm banned for some reason."

"My profile stopped working suddenly and now I'm level 15."


2. List the names of all profiles you want changed or recovered. Be specific so I don't have to guess.

"Please recover [DC]NAME-ENG, [DC]NAME-WEP, and [DC]NAME-AM."

"Please fix Næmé_WM, Næmé_GN and Næmé_MD. Change them to Name_WM, Name_GN and Name_MD."


3. If your profile had special characters in the name, please specify a new name without special characters or I will assign a new one.

Permitted characters:

Any regular letter or number.

These standard ASCII symbols: !@$%^&*()_-+=[{]}\|'"<>./~`:

Not Allowed:

Accented Characters like ê ï ñ æ é.

These standard characters: ; #

Anything that must be typed like this: ALT + 4785

For example, if your profile was under «ØDDñæMé» it would not be restored with the special characters. This is because non-standard characters frequently get corrupted in the RPG file. ODDnaMe, <ODDnaMe>, and ODDn@Me would all be acceptable alternatives.


Notes

*You will need to join the server at least once if you have changed your CD key so I can transfer your info to your new GUID. Post the name you most recently used to join the server along with your request.

*Your GUID (Global User ID) is a number that is automatically sent to any UT2004 server you join; it is your unique identifier generated from your CD Key but is completely distinct from it. Your GUID will change if you are using a different CD Key. DO NOT post your CD Key, IP address or other personal info.

*If you have a non-legit CD Key, be aware that your GUID is shared by many people and might currently banned, or could be banned in the future. I HIGHLY recommend buying a legit copy of UT2004 from gamersgate.com, gog.com or Steam.

*If you bought UT2004 from gog.com, you need to send a request to their support department to get a unique CD Key. Otherwise you will get a generic CD key shared by other people.

i dont know this character (Parabolic) was on my roster or was it Re-done? sorry jefe, i just dont rmember everything

i wish if possible to end up with paradox and parasthesia at least. if possible

I have changed Paradoxx, PaRaSthEsia PaRaMeDiC and PaRaSite to use the same GUID as Parabolic and Parabolic_eng. That should fix your issues.

I have one Dragonskulls and AngleofLight

Please be more specific. What do you need done?

I couldn't find "AngleofLight", "AngelofLight" or "Dragonskulls" in the rpg file or any of the backups. I did find "Dragonskull" and it was level 62, so I presume it was you.

I've changed "DragonSkull" to your current GUID.
