- New Combo: Soothing Melody

- New magic modifier: Magical Ward
* Magical ward gives a 10% chance per plus to resist any new ailments, including magic and combo effects, while the player is holding this weapon
* If Magical Ward resists an ailment, the player receives 3% increased defense for 10 seconds
* If Magical Ward resists another aillment, the defense is increased by another 3%, up to 50%, and the duration is reset to 10 seconds
* The increased defense is not stackable with combos (ie is not affected by defense down or by defense up combos)

- New magic modifier: Herbal
- Herbal combines Earthly and Magic Ward
- Herbal is available through the Magic Vault ability for WMs and AMs

- Removed the Decay niche on Soul Sorcerers and replaced it with Master niche
- Master niche on Soul Sorcerer subclass:
* Targets that you are tethered to will produce souls when they die
* Souls will seek nearby targets
* Player receives -10% defense

- New Necromancer ability: Poisonous Regeneration
* Regenerates 1 health per second per level while the player is carrying a plague
* Available only to Poison Mage subclass

- Decreased the max adrenaline drip level on Necromancers from 3 to 2, except for Resurrector subclass
- Various changes to the damage bonuses on magic weapons. Most importantly, sturdy and force are high-damage weapons (because of their vanilla-type magic) whereas Freeze, Heat and Earth are lower-damage weapons. The F12 menu is updated with all this information
- New skin overlay for Knockback
- Arctic Nali boss damage now added to Ice Shield ability
- Fixed a typo that said "Lucifer is defeated" when Arctic Nali is defeated
- Fixed an issue where Arctic Bio Skaarj and Lava Bio Skaarj were not designated the ice and fire elements(and thus were not dealt extra damage with elemental weapons, and were not ticking with some missions)
- Fixed an issue where chain lightning targeted nalis and cows
- Fixed the player selection for combos so now it is random

Temporarily removed Penetrating and Gorgon magic weapons as there is some suspicion it may crash when using against Titans.

- Fixed an issue where Necromancers could possess the Arctic Nali boss (whoops)
- Necromancers can now only possess one monster at a time, even if they have more monster points available
- New sound for Giant Razorflies - credit to U2 Creatures Pack
- Fixed an issue where Poisonous Heal was available to all classes, and Plague's max level was limited to 5 for Poison Mages
- Portal Dimension now only spawns 1 pet per combo instead of 2
- Reckless niche on Tank can no longer purchase Cautiousness ability
- New Monsters: Tarantula, Regulus, Aldebaran. These monsters are in a test phase to see how they play online, eventually I'll add more interesting features to them (I'm thinking one of them could dispel buffs from players)
- New Roulette Wave: Giant Razorflies

(Also new boss, but you won't see it til February, but you might have an idea of what it is if you pay attention to the downloads )

- New Boss: Gaia
* Element: Earth
* Material: Universal Translator
* Adren Drip Rate: Normal
* Gaia has an innate ability to resist poison effects
* Combo:
1) Deals 50 damage to all players
2) Gaia and all minions receive 20 health regen per second for 20 seconds
3) Gaia and all minions receive +20% defense for 20 seconds
Gaia is now boss of the month for February.

- Glass now has a few new attacks including:
* Mirror cloning herself every 30 seconds. Players take small damage when killing a mirror
* Glass and mirrors scream if a player is nearby, damaging all nearby players

- Regulus (the lion-wolf) renamed to Fenrir
- Fenrir is now melee-only
- Increased speed, bite damage on Fenrir; now heals for 150% of the bite dealt to the player
- Increased the sound radius on Giant Razorflies
- Tarantulas (the new green spiders on early waves) now ticks with Bug Hunt
- One-Use revive now prioritizes players over bots
- Added Giant gasbags to Gasbag Roulette wave
- Combined Slith and Slugs for roulette wave
- Added Fenrir Roulette wave
- Blue ghost now shoots a homing projectile similar to misfortune ghost, which will give the player heal stop for 10 seconds
- New heal effect for monsters inside the blue ghost healing sphere
- Green ghost now shoots a homing projectile, which will give you -10% defense for 10 seconds. If you have + Defense, it will add -10% to it
- White ghost now shoots a homing projectile, which will decrease your magic weapon modifier by 1 each time
- Purple ghost now shoots a homing projectile, which will give you -10% attack for 10 seconds. If you have + Attack, it will add -10% to it

I significantly decreased the health of elemental monsters.

Ice monsters now have 33% more health, fire monsters 66% more, and earth monsters 100% more. Compare to up to 200% more for earth monsters previously.

No other changes. Most likely I'll be nerfing some classes/subclasses in the coming weeks, but we'll see how it plays for now.

The goal is to make it so you can win solo (as you should, given the emptiness of the server), but we may need to adjust some things when more than several players are on so it's not overly easy, and I think the nerfs will be centering around Engineers and their defensive capabilities.
