i love this server but my latency stays about 280 - 300 and i always get kicked. admin have mercy im in Africa internet is not as good

Just a simple question really, can someone please explain why I keep getting bounced from this server recently?

I get a message saying something like 'admin decision or excessive team kills' but I don't understand why exactly as I haven't been guilty of any excessive team kills to my knowledge!

I would appreciate a simple and honest explanation rather than getting continually kicked at random.

Have I managed to annoy everyone on the server or is it someone in particular? Either way it wasn't my intention I can assure you.
