The 1st Ranger Battalion members is a realism unit for the game Day of Defeat: Source. We call ourselves a "realism unit" due to the fact that we attempt to emulate the way an actual unit in World War II would have been ran. We implement a Basic Combat Training program where we teach our new comers how to function as a soldier should in the 1st Ranger Battalion, and in the realism community. We emphasize respect and honor at all times - the 1st Ranger Battalion is a serious unit, and one that is always on the hunt for more competition. With our elite staff we strive to ensure that our members will be well disciplined and well trained.
