well..i would suggest you you download xfire and create an account...and use xfire to record...its good video quality and lag when playing...when you did everything open xfire and click on tools, options and then at the at the top at video...enable video capture..set a recording key and the fps rate to 30...shoudl be ok...

There are many great players on =VU=. Unselfishly they will fly a gunner into hell, to score mega-points. Points do not tell the real story.
