Well I have done everything possible but still can't get it going.

Firewall - Check

I goto Telnet, I login, when I issue a command, everything I do it says "error=id<number> msg/scommand/snot/sfounnd"

I'm not sure what version you guys are using, but mine dose not look like that in the permissions area, which is another reason Iam getting confused, this is what mine looks like: http://img824.imageshack.us/img824/7349/listol.png

What needs to be checked? - It all looks fine here, just isn't working :/

It's alright, I got a mate to help me out, we found out the problem, which was infact Settings > Options > Advanced Permission System, it needed to be checked. becuase what you lot were saying, was ONLY if it was already ticked, otherwise, you don't see the "Filter" function to carry on with the rest.
