I simply cannot get it to work. I've tried the TelNet from Windows Run, I've also tried PuTTY. PuTTY closes without error message, and TelNet insists I'm putting in invalid commands (Which is possible considering I dont know what the syntax is supposed to be)
People can connect to my TS3 server just fine

What are the steps you use, what I do would be:
1. Go to Run...
2. Type "telnet" and hit enter
3. type "open 123.123.123.123 10011" in the form of IP then QUERYPORT
4. Once connected, type in the commands to test what happens.

(If I should make a new thread so we dont clutter this one up, let me know)
Connection failed, but there are no firewalls, and the port is forwarded.

Do you have the correct query port? (Make sure you are not using the join port.. unless it happens to be the same which it typically is not)

Is this hosted by a server provider? I'm pretty sure you could tell them the issue and they would look into it for you.

Where is the server from? I think there is still a Serbian or Romanian ISP that people have troubles with because in the past they blocked all foreign traffic so I dont know if they still do.

I did everything here and everything came out as it was supposed to but I still cannot add the server to GT. There is no firewall blocking either. All ports are open as well.

are you running Teamspeak 3 beta 30? beta30 seems to have broken GT for me

I had the same problem, try the following.

Make sure that guest's have access to the following privileges:
b_virtualserver_info_view
b_virtualserver_channel_list
b_virtualserver_client_list
b_virtualserver_servergroup_list
b_virtualserver_channelgroup_list

Once I gave guest's that access TSview.com and GameTrakcer.com could query my server with no problems.

GameTracker Lite doesn't detect TS3 for windows 7 64 bit :/
