Not sure what you mean - if you run the server yourself, you should be able to look in the server files to find whatever file you are looking for.

Checking server permissions via telnet uses command line interface. If you are more familiar with TS3 telnet, you can probably do some editing.

There is no feature to change the IP of a server page. You'll need to add the new IP:Port on http://www.gametracker.com/servers/

If you have not claimed the server, you cannot delete it manually. However, the site will automatically remove it once it is down for an extended period of time.

What happened when you added the permissions?

Query port is correct, all ip's added to white list & everything else is working properly. No firewall on the tower and wide open in terms of everything - still says it cannot check it..
