I am assuming you either have the wrong query port or the scanning is being blocked.
Was the query port confirmed by your server provider (or double checked by you)? Are your ports portforwarded or opened in your firewall/router? same probleme here...
yesterday all works fine between my server and gametracker. but today gametracker show my server are dead. but he is still alive.  server is -> http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/84.200.45.163:27015/ i have tested with query port 27017 but sill offline/dead.

Mine no worky with query port 1002.
173.199.99.170:1000 is server. Any suggestions?

 Server was being tracked fine yesterday, but today it shows as dead even though people are currently playing on it? Any help?

I'll check again, but it was working fine for the first two days, so why would it suddenly change?

Yep, definately 27302. No issue they can think of, Especially as server was being tracked fine at first.

I do not believe that there are any config options for stats reporting, so I am assuming it is some sort of firewall (or router) issue. You could check to see if any new IPs were recently added as it could have decided to block GT. You could also try to use one of those port checker websites to test to see if the port is actually open.

Hello I have exactly the same problem.
When I try to add my server to GameTracker I have the following message: One of the Following suggestions May help you: Your server is currently offline. GameTracker need your server to Be Cdn online before you add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up Before hitting ADD SERVER again. You entered the wrong query port. Please update your query port and hit scan again Your Server is firewalled. Please turn off firewall You Have Any That May Block scanning Yet I'm sure my server is working properly and it's not a firewall problem. My server is hosted by VeryGames, here is the IP address: 77.111.211.251:54173. Can you help me?
