Hi, is there any way for me to make my server not show up in searches while still having the banners available?

Unfortunately there is no feature to do that at this time.

In that case, is there a way to avoid showing the IP publicly?

No, there is not a feature to hide the IP either. However, if you are concerned about the security of the server, hiding the IP would not do a whole lot. It would not be too difficult to find the IP address, especially if someone can connect to it.

While I am not too familiar with Minecraft servers, I believe the Whitelist would be a good option (as I do not believe passwords are supported, but you may be able to find some plugin for that). That way, only certain players could join.
