So go to control pannel -> network and sharing centre -> Change adapter settings at left -> Right click and select Properties -> At the top There should be Written "Atheros L2 Fast Ethernet 10/100Base-T Controller" -> Below that there should be configure button -> Press that ->IN ADVANCED TAB there should be no. of recieved and sent buffers -> Set recieved to 2048 and sent to 1024.>>> THIS WOULD DECREASE YOUR PING FOR YOUR NEAR SERVERS>>> SUPPOSE I AM IN INDIA THEREFORE YOUR PING WILL BE LOW FOR THE SERVER THAT IS HOSTED IN INDIA>>> THANK YOU.............

I think this may work for only some routers not all because on mine i do not have Sent and Received, i will edit the reply if i find out how to on mine.

Hi heroboy99,
This is the name of the driver properties for a LAN adapter. Your PC maybe using a different adapter so the name will be different then.

This tip may not always work. Also if you have a Internet connection with speeds higher than 2 Mbps then doing this will decrease your download and upload speed. These settings should be set at default or max to allow maximum bandwidth.
