I have made my dedicated server and its working fine, i have done all the steps of SXE INJECTED too. But the problem is when I connect to the server, i can play. But when the other people joins the server with that same SXE they get kicked.
My server requires 12.3 SXE and when my friends connect using 12.3, they are kicked. Please help me?

I have not heard of this situation. This seems to be problem with the configuration of the server and/or sXe Injected. What message do the players get when they get kicked?
Try disabling sXe Injected (temporarily) and then see if the players are able to connect. If yes then this is a problem with sXe Injected. Delete all the sXe Injected files and install again, maybe something went wrong during the installation and/or configuration. Also make sure you have the latest version of the server by using Steam's HldsUpdateTool. I have made a tutorial for this:

Even ensure that you have the latest versions of all the addons installed in yours server, to minimize chances of them interfering with sXe Injected.
