You'll have to review your firewall documentation to find how to open the ports for it, or you can google search "guide to open ports on ___ firewall".

plssssss help me
i already put my public ip 202.160.42.76 and PORT 27015 all my firewall already off what's is the problem?? because of the query port?? i put my query port 27005 but it still not working to add my server  ( DOWNOne of the following suggestions may help you: Your server is currently offline. GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again. You entered the wrong query port. Please update your query port and hit scan again Your server is firewalled. Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning

The join port is the same as the query port for CS1.6.
You may also need to configure your router if this is run from your computer to portforward the server port.
