Hello how i can add on this web my server i wrote my public IP adress chynge game CS 1,6 write my port and i cant add server firewall i have unblocked and server are running can someone help me ??

what is join port for my ip for cs 1.6
my ip is 115.186.106.36 192.168.88.211 plz help me when i put dis ip and port 27015 it show me Gametracker could not scan the server. One of the following suggestions may help you: Your server is currently offline. GameTracker needs your server to be online before you can add it to our database. Please restart your server and make sure it's up before hitting ADD SERVER again. You entered the wrong query port. Please update your query port and hit scan again Your server is firewalled. Please turn off any firewall you have that may block scanning

hello i have server in counterstrike 1.6
my server is 192.168.1.3:27016 when i add it in gametraker it says ((Private IP addresses cannot be scanned by GameTracker. Please enter a public IP address.)) plz i need help
