Counter Strike 1.6 Home

Hi! I have some home servers. The problem is with my counter strike 1.6 server. It says, Gametracker couldn't scan the server.
Server is NOT Firewalled, router is not also. 27015 port forwarding and DMZ is ok. When i tried my q3 server to add, it was work, while it's ports wasn't forwarded. What can be the problem, and it is possible to fix this error? EDIT: Find Servers doesn't show my server also if i add it to favs., but: With connect IP from console, server works !

I am not able to find your server in HLSW. Your server does not send any response back. Can your server be scanned via UDP on that port? Are you hosting this locally? Do you have a dynamic IP that changes? Is anything else trying to use the same port? GameServers.com is the worldwide leader in game server hosting.
