I tried to play cs 1.6 threw gametraker with steam and not working
with steam it stucks at update and nothing happen would you please help to solve the issue Best

I would recommend reinstalling steam and the copy of CS1.6 you purchased. You will also want to make sure you can login to steam normally. Wait wait, i don't remember counter strike 1.6 had ever have an update. Are you sure that you have that problem with 1.6 ?
