Hi,

What is the bug on your server machine? Is it possible it is causing the scanning issues at GT?

I would also recommend adjusting your firewall. At first glance, there appears to be an anti-flood mechanism blocking subsequent scanning for a period of time. GT may be triggering a temporary block of the scanner IP causing an inability to scan your server.

I'm the person in charge of technical issue of zifu's GSP.

Following to your FAQ, I've added 2 rules to our firewall :
- all traffic incoming from 108.61.78.0/24 network is always allowed
- all traffic going to 108.61.78.0/24 network is always allowed

Despite these tweaks, it seems that GT can't track zifu's server well.

Can you confirm the needed rules to whitelist are only related to this network ?

These servers seem to be scanning correctly (no players). Can you be more specific on what is not updated? eg. certain players, graphs, etc.

I am not sure which server you are referring to with these names or what the numbers refer to specifically, but I have noticed the following:

{SF}Ranger-CO shows playtime for 158 minutes yesterday http://www.gametracker.com/player/%7BSF%7DRanger-CO/68.232.170.181:28960/ - None on the other server.
{SF}SNIPER-SFC shows playtime for 150 minutes yesterday http://www.gametracker.com/player/%7BSF%7DSNIPER-SFC/68.232.170.181:28960/ - 20 minutes on the other server.
{SF}Buster-XO shows platime for 64 minutes yesterday http://www.gametracker.com/player/%7BSF%7Dbuster-XO/68.232.170.181:28960/ - 22 minutes on the other server.

yes it seem to be updating now not sure why it wasn't before but thxs for looking at it for me hooah
