is there a way to reset every persons stats that has played on my server.... the reasoning is we are doing a month by month VIP slot giveaway for anyone in the top 10....

You can claim the server page if you would like to reset the player stats. There is a link on the server page near the map image that will bring you to a page to claim it. Click the (?) bubble next to the claim server button to get instructions on how to do this. Be sure to read the instructions, as there has been a recent change in the mechanism for the name used to claim the server. The text GameTrackerClaimServer only needs to be contained within the name.

thanks i have claimed the server already now i would just like to know how to do a mass reset on all player stats.

there is over 2000 i would have to reset individually otherwise and this would just take to long

If you look closer on the "manage" page, there is an option to reset all of the stats http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/server.php?GSID=2366478 It is near the bottom of the block that had the claim button.
