Hey Guys,

i recently purchased GameME service to track in detail each individual players stats. however it seems that GameTracker has stopped updating player stats. Is this a known problem?

I have now cancelled gameME subscription, hoping Gametracker stats will resume. I'm actually running a competition at the moment and the player stats are very important.

HELP PLEASE?

Also can a admin check my server to make sure Gametracker is watching my server.

Unless the "GameME" plugin changes the way your server reports data, I would not see any reason for GameTracker to not be able to scan your server. I would imagine your issue is more likely a firewall setup problem that is causing GameTracker to not be able to scan it, however I cannot check it out since you have not posted a server affected and your favorite servers are working normally.

That server does seem to be scanning properly (it's "Alive"). Let me know if you have further questions. You can always test it yourself by entering in "203.46.105.23:21155:21155/BF3" in HLSW to see if it works.

This server does appear to show as dead now. However, I am unable to scan "203.46.105.23:21155:21155/BF3" on HLSW. I would recommend contacting the GameME authors to determine what modifications they made to your server that may prevent GameTracker and other tracking services from tracking. If you made other modifications to the server, I would recommend examining those to see if there could be a problem with that.

As always, you should double check the firewall to make sure GameTracker is still able to scan your server and is not being blocked.

Yes it is scanning on GameTracker and HLSW currently.

Hi,

Scans of the server information should occur 1-3 minutes apart. Historical data can take up to a few hours to update after the player stopped playing. Server rank is updated daily.
