Our server keeps saying its offline on game tracker even when were on it playing. Server is running fine but ust wont show up on gametracker.

I would recommend checking the firewall on the server, if applicable. This is the most common problem. GameTracker needs to be able to scan the server on the respective port.
Are there any server settings pertaining to stats reporting? Please also note that since GT only officially supports ArmA, it is possible that there may be tiny issues that cause ArmA2 not to work. The server is running CL Revolution. Would that be stopping it.

What is CL Revolution? Is it a mod? It could possibly have some effect on the server. You could review the forums for it to see if other users have similar issues.
