Hello,
Can you provide some more details on this? Are you using the GameTracker website to upload screenshots, or GT Lite? Do you see any errors messages? If so, can you provide the exact text, or a screenshot? Looking at your profile history, I assume this is regarding GT Lite. At the current time, there is a known issue with BF3 and GT Lite. GT Lite in-game screenshots are not yet supported in BF3. Best regards.
