I just sent an application to your team page and it went through. Did you remember to accept the applications?

I am not sure how they are doing it, but they need to:

1) Go to the team page, eg http://www.gametracker.com/clan/blazearena.com/
2) Find the CLAN MEMBERS block.
3) Click "Apply" at the bottom.

They do not join the team automatically by visiting the page. I can see that johanniz has properly applied.

I suspect that you may just need to tell your players how to join the team page if they do not know how.
