You can create a team page on http://www.gametracker.com/teams/ If you want to manage a team page you have not created, you'll have to contact the current owner of the page to transfer ownership to you. Therefore, you should obviously have some sort of pre-arranged agreement with any owner (someone you probably know) as no one will just randomly give you a team page. Yes , but my friend's account has been banned and him cannot give me his team page .
If he will give you a mail to annouce that it want to give me his team page can you transfer to me ?
