I using a real internet connections and I only play cs1.6 server in my country but my ping always increase to 99-210 !! wat should I do ??

Go into console and write the next:
cl_cmdrate 101 cl_updaterate 101 rate 25000 net_graph 3 fps_max 101 And tell me do you still have the lag. I never had problem with ping but i would like to know if u can get better fps cuz my sucks XD
