Testing your server now. Increasing the timeout between scans appears to have helped. Do you notice that server page is still displaying as empty when should not be?

Yes says offline but the server is running with 18 players on it.
Worked fine yesterdays evening and like 1 houer this morning. But not now *edit* seems like it going up and down.

server went well for a day now not scanning again showing as dead help on this would be appreciated
 Now back up will see how it goes

We are experiencing the same issue with our counter strike source server at: http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/174.37.27.124:27015/
Is there anything we can do to help resolve the issue or is it something on GT's end? Thank you again for all your assistance, Jim

Hi,
we have the same issue with our two bad comapny 2 servers. Both servers are full but they are shown as empty. This situation is since today. Please check out our game-server here: http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/212.235.54.195:19567 1. Many hours during the day, GameTracker presents the game-server as empty (when it actually isn't). Here's an example: http://www.dix.co.il/uploads/image/244/124.png Notice how many hours it hasn't been updated? that doesn't seem to go along its world ranking. 2. This also affects the game-server's banner, shown here: http://www.dix.co.il/uploads/image/244/125.png Your help is much appreciated!
