How to I get the cod black ops exe file to show? when i go to add the game the folder is blank.

Please make sure you have the correct version of GT Lite installed. If you open the "About" window ( Help menu -> About ). The versions should read as follows:

Client version: 1.3.3 32-bit
Gameslist version: 1.3.5

If your version matches the version that I have posted above, GT Lite should detect black ops automatically. If the game still wasn't detected, you can use the "Auto Find" feature of the "Add Game" window to have GT Lite perform a broader search.
