To add the server, use the form on http://www.gametracker.com/servers/
To the left of the map image on the server page you can see the claim server link. Click that and on the following page click the (?) button to learn how to claim the server. It can be done in the exact same way you did it in the first place. Please check its config file or do it through an admin tool.
