We mostly allow 1-3 bots on servers without deranking. There would only be exceptions for small servers, for example: L4D server ranking.

I had 5 server: 3 of them were ranked <1000 and 2 of them were < 2000
and poof, about 10 hours ago, they were gone :|

I use fakefull original with 3 bots [max permited number]
Can you give the rank back? I don't want to start from scratch..
My Clan is rank #10 worldwide at the moment.. and the rank will fall due to this thing that happened

Hello,

If we deranked them, you would have had to request us to add these back as they would be blocked from being re-added.

Servers can be removed manually by any person who can claim the server. This would be any person with access to change the name, so it could be your account or any of your other admins.

Servers are automatically removed after extended downtime. If this is the reason and you'd like to avoid this, I would recommend you avoid keeping your server offline for days at a time.

1. they were not banned, they were only ..let's say deleted. [I think]
2. they were not offline! I have log files
3. no one except me has access to modify servers.

I guess you don't have the authority to add some rank to servers.. right?

No, unfortunately we cannot fudge the activity that may or may not have happened on the server that was removed. You should notice your rank get close to where it was within the next week if it is just as popular, and it will full settle by a month from now.
