Hello I'm director of a company counter-strike.
When I add IP's of my company, accuses the form: "Gametracker could not scan the server. " there is no type of lock on the servers. IP's: 189.1.164.138 189.1.164.101 189.1.164.102:27059 189.1.164.100 Comments: a few servers added to gametracker, and in these the scan is done correctly.

Unfortunately the servers on 189.1.164.101 and 189.1.164.102 will not be able to be scanned by GameTracker. I apologize for any inconvenience this causes. What are the join ports for the other two? This may be a bug that the two servers to not stay "online" despite that they seem to be scanning normally on HLSW. http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/189.1.164.138:28968/ http://www.gametracker.com/server_info/189.1.164.100:27028/ I will move this to bug reports for further investigation. You could try whitelisting the GameTracker scanner IP's in the meantime to see if it helps: 208.167.225.11, 208.167.225.12, 208.167.225.13, 108.61.78.147, 108.61.78.148, 108.61.78.149, and 108.61.78.150 GameServers.com is the worldwide leader in game server hosting. 189.1.164.100:27028 [Counter Strike 1.6] These servers are blocking requests from the GameTracker scanner IP's. You will need to whitelist the servers that Burn has mentioned in order for them to keep scanning on GT.
