I have posted some toolz that I use on kurts website.
http://www.panzernader.com/ You can find links to them at the bottom of the page. First one is for mappers it is Valves Batch Compile tool and I prefer it for large maps instead of using Hammer. One of many reasons I prefer it is if you have a leak in your map which causes lag Hammer happily compiles the map and you never know about it unless you check the logs. The compile tool stops the compile process making you look at the log to find out why. The second tool is for server operators to easily create bz2 zip files for fast download servers instead of having to use that crappy command line interface. Follow the read me file to properly place the bz2.exe file in your system32 directory then drag your bsp from any directory onto the batch file which can be anywhere, (desktop, a toolz folder, etc) drop it on the batch file and viola in 3 seconds you have a bz2 zipped bsp. no more opening a command prompt and trying to remember the proper command, path to file, and path for output. It creates the bz2 file in the same directory you dragged the bsp from.
