About our organization...

Headquartered in Knoxville, TN with satellite command centers in Atlanta, Ga and Fairfax, Va; [OgV] is comprised of active/former military, fire fighters, EMT personnel, police officers, and other civil servants. Formed in early 2004 as a Desert Combat competition team, our group has grown into more than just a gaming “clan”, with an active membership of over 100 military combat gamers and friends. Current average age of the membership is 39. Friends first and gamers second. We have gatherings twice a year (New Years and 4th of July) where many of our members make the pilgrimage to East Tennessee to enjoy a few days of gaming together in person.

All [OgV] members place a high value on teamwork, self-discipline, professionalism, personal responsibility, and accountability. Our gaming ethics are derived from time honored military core values of Honor, Courage, Commitment, and Respect. All members are held accountable for upholding these very high ethical standards as a result.

What we do...

[OgV] is a premier online combat gaming community devoted to team based gaming (EA Battlefield Series wargames as well as their associated mods, WWII Online, Silk Road, RFactor racing, and others). We endeavor suit a wide variety of gaming interests - a few rounds of gaming after work, regular scrims, or CAL Teams.

Membership...

If you are in the military, thinking about joining, retired, or are now otherwise inactive, you have a home here with your brothers who understand the sacrifices of military service and deployments. We are very proud to have all branches of military service represented here in [OgV]. Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines all have a home here.

Membership is limited to those over 18 years of age. Although military service is NOT required, you must meet a strict set of qualifications to join.
